The diversity of thought within this team is what we believe gives us our edge, with a truly unique mix of qualifications, professional experiences and cultural backgrounds coming together time and time again to find sustainable solutions to the food production challenges faced by our partners.

We’re on a mission to set a new standard in food production, and as such, we take a great deal of pride in the fact that team members regularly challenge the status quo and put new ideas forward to improve whatever it is they’re making.

Suffice to say, we have a whole lot of love for our team, and we’re sure that you will to.

MARTIN O'CONNOR
GENERAL MANAGER

As a qualified chef with an immense passion for food and a “hands on” leadership style, Martin is the driver of our core ethos of quality without compromise, day in, day out.

With over two decades of experience working in  food manufacturing, the  ready to eat food sector and major event catering, Martin has had extensive exposure in developing food solutions that for customers of all shapes and sizes. 

Having previously owned his own business, Martin has a deep understanding of what’s required to build long-standing partnerships. His commitment to operating with integrity and broad experience in Operations, Production, QA, Procurement, Logistics and New Product Development (NPD) is central to us delivering on our vision and values.

DR ARCHANA KOLASANI
QUALITY MANAGER

With a PhD in Food Science and over 15 years of expertise, Archana is our (and by extension your) trusted guide on all things food safety.

Specialising in renowned standards such as PRIMESAFE, HACCP, SQF, WWSE, CMFSR, Costco, IGA, Aldi, BRC, and more, Archana brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection, Archana has led various teams to deliver top-tier results, earning countless accolades for her commitment to quality.

From managing suppliers to pioneering new product innovations, Archana’s deep knowledge ensure that every Comida product meets the highest safety and quality standards.

LUKE BRAMSTON
BUSINESS MANAGER

An incredible wealth of knowledge, Luke has over 20 years of experience working with food. From managing restaurant operations to leading the establishment of best-in-class food manufacturing facilities to building robust supply chain and logistic frameworks; Luke is Comida's swiss army knife when it comes to tackling the various food production challenges faced by our customers/prospective customers.

Within this 20+ years of experience lies a history of working with large retailers like Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Costco, along with countless restaurants, hotels, airlines and other meal providers. The breadth of this experience brings with it the ability to consider the needs of all stakeholders when working through various projects, which lies at the heart of his extensive success to date as our Business Manager.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

With extensive training in HACCP best practices, LEAN Management and a Diploma in Hospitality Management (Cookery), Shayar is ultimately responsible for ensuring our facility runs like a well-oiled machine.

Qualifications aside, Shayar also has 16 years of experience working as a chef and running cafes/restaurants, which sees him play a critical role in our R&D process; not only is his culinary creativity an invaluable asset in the development of recipes, so too is his ability to put himself in the shoes of the customer to develop appropriate solutions accordingly.

Shayar has been with Comida Providore since day one, so is part of the furniture; his unique skillset and calm, steady nature has been (and continues to be) absolutely central in our success to date.
